The concept
The problem
Small retail and showroom teams can outgrow a spreadsheet without needing a large inventory platform. Staff still need to answer basic questions quickly: what is here, what is reserved, and what is running low?
Planned direction
The idea is a photo-first inventory board with simple quantities, locations, reservation status, and a short reorder list that works well from a phone on the shop floor.

Current boundary: The next step is to test the smallest useful item record with one shop, then decide whether barcode scanning and supplier imports are actually necessary.
